Excuse me if I’m over-exaggerating but... apparently, websites are important. That seems to be the conventional wisdom. What isn’t as common, however, is the notion that a complete redesign is an easy undertaking. Once you have a website with all of its requisite form and function, it can be hard to even conceive of the idea that a makeover may become necessary. It certainly became necessary for us when we found that there was a missed opportunity here to better engage with you, our customer.

While there is still much work to be done, what we have right now is enough to carry us into 2010 and beyond. Apart from the streamlined navigation and look, you will eventually see some new content in our Products and Solutions pages, a partner log in page, an online shop and, most exciting for me at least, a blog – this blog!
