Please be advised that Quintum Tenor licenses has turnround time of 24 hours.

So, when upgrading a Tenor GW, make sure that the license.dat is obtained from the GW prior to upgrade in case the upgrade causes software/database corruption due to network/other issues.

FTP to Tenor via CMD/DOS prompt.

And rename it to, "serialNo of the box + license.dat" when storing.
