Quintum's Remote Management Session Server, with patent pending technology, provides this critical capability by allowing you to easily and securely manage all of your distributed Tenor VoIP switches from a single, intuitive application. It provides the complete system configuration, performance monitoring, diagnostics, troubleshooting and remote upgrade functionality you need to maintain and optimize the health of VoIP services – even if you have to manage Tenor switches that are behind NAT firewalls.

The Remote Management Session Server resides either on the public IP network, or within the DMZ behind a firewall, and upon request, sets up a secure management channel between the configuration and management platform, and a Tenor Switch that is securely located behind a NAT firewall, with either a static or dynamic IP address.
